Safari 2011 Trip Report
During our 2011 Safari we visited five areas in Northern Tanzania and our photos are grouped in the ordered we visited each:
Central Serengeti, the endless plain, home to millions of wildlife.
While in the Serengeti one morning we took an early morning balloon ride over the Serengeti, fabulous!!!
Ndutu Area, which is really the southern Serengeti where off roading is allowed in prusuit of the perfect wild life photo.
Ngorongoro Crater, the world's largest intact caldera, and currently home to 20,000 to 30,000 wild animals at any one time, including the black rhino.
Lake Manyara, small park but a nice break from the previous parks.
Tarangire National Park, known for its herds of Elephants and Babao Trees.
The birds of Northern Tanzania.
